Get your device repaired in just three easy steps

Step 1. Tell us your Issue
Click “Start Your Repair ” to tell us about your device and the problems experienced. You will be responded to within 12-24 hours with your quote and Mail-in instructions for shipping your device in for our service.
Step 2. Box it Up
Box it up and ship it to us along with the Ticket ID and information we provided.
Follow Mailing Instructions to send your device.
Step 3. Questions
If we have any questions during the repair process we will send a ticket update, and if not, you’ll receive an email informing you that your device has been repaired along with a link to pay your invoice via Paypal.
Additional Information

Your device will automatically be shipped back after payment is received, and a you will be provided with a tracking number.
